Shirt Father’s Day Cake

The Story behind this Cake  I made this cake for my dad this past Father’s Day. I actually got the idea to make a shirt cake for my dad because we had recently traveled to Canada for my brother’s wedding and my dad looked handsome in his new grey suit, and tie I gifted him.  Taylor and Wilson Cat Birthday Cake 

The Story behind this Cake My niece turned 16, and I wanted to do something creative for her birthday bash. She loves animals (even asked for a pig for her birthday) and her cat Wilson is very special to her. She is also fashionable and girly. Lace Handbag Birthday Cake

The Story behind this Cake This  cake was made for my sister’s birthday. I wanted to experiment with lace and do something a little different. I’m not sure how I thought of a bag now but am pleased that I did. It lent itself perfectly for the contents (i.e. purse and handkerchief) and then for the bag decoration and base.My sister has sent a picture of her cake to a friend who later asked her why she had sent her a picture of a handbag – the friend thought it was real.
